Baltimore dream pop powerhouses Beach House blessed us with the release of their Thank Your Lucky Stars LP yesterday (October 16), marking their second album release in as many months. To celebrate, they graced the stage of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to deliver a fantastic performance of the collection's "One Thing," which you can now stream online.
Following a rapturous intro from Colbert, the band locked into a hypnotic, percussive whirl of distorted leads and mallet-hit tom-toms, which were accentuated by Victoria Legrand's sigh-worthy singing voice. Alex Scally also hit us with a simple but screeching guitar solo before linking up with Legrand for another united melody.
