Arctic Monkeys' previous full-length, 2011's Suck It and See, had one of the most bafflingly simple album covers we've ever seen, and now the band have unveiled a similarly minimal design for their upcoming LP, AM.
That's the image above. It shows an AM radio wave (compare the appearance of AM waves and FM waves here) and perhaps looks faintly like a pair of glasses. It strongly resembles the previously unveiled music video for the album cut "Do I Wanna Know?", which is embedded below.
The band shared the artwork on Twitter, along with a pre-order link to purchase the album. It's available on CD, vinyl, or deluxe vinyl; the limited-edition deluxe LP comes on heavyweight vinyl in a gatefold sleeve with a booklet containing rare photographs and an exclusive 7-inch.
