As an addendum to the Amy Winehouse exclusive, I thought I'd throw out this gem by the kings of impulsively covering other hot acts, Arctic Monkeys.
As they've shown in the past with their cover of Girls Aloud's "Love Machine" (which in turn was of course a cover of W.A.S.P.'s hit... I mean, the Miracles), the Monkeys know how to rework any song with their choppy guitars and rhythmic punches.
You'll notice that the opening seconds sounds like the Black Crowes, but the boys quickly reveal a raw, stripped down take on Winehouse's hit single. Alas, singer Alex Turner does not try Ghostface's verses on the song's remix, but it's still an enjoyably faithful nod to one of the hottest tracks on the circuit.
