Arcade Fire's Win Butler appears to be cooking up something new after a now-deleted video featuring new music from the artist surfaced on Instagram earlier this week.
Archived in the Twitter posts below, Butler's short videos feature what appears to be all-new music from either the Canadian band or so some Butler solo work.
"Sometimes it takes 20 years to write a song," Butler wrote in one of the posts, while an earlier post reads, "Making a list of things that still work… 1. Music."
So far, the band have not shared definitive plans to release anything new. If the teasers do turn up to be Arcade Fire material, it would be the group's first record in three years. Their last studio album was 2017's Everything Now.
Arcade Fire returned from their Krewe du Kanaval festival in New Orleans back in February before isolation measures began to take effect.
