A$AP Mob co-founder A$AP Yams passed away at the age of 26 last January, and now he's being honoured with a new book. It's not your typical look back at an artist's life story though; rather, it's a collection of the rap mogul's best tweets.
The selection of tweets was compiled and curated by Ajani Brathwaite, and it's currently available for pre-order here. All proceeds from the book will be donated to Yams' family.
The rapper's life and work will be remembered on the anniversary of his death (January 18) with a celebration dubbed Yams Day, capped off with a tribute concert at New York's Terminal 5, courtesy of fellow crew member A$AP Rocky with Joey Bada$$ and Lil Uzi Vert. That's when the book, titled A$AP Yams Gems, will be released.
Despite a year of inactivity, Yams' Twitter account currently boasts close to 100,000 followers. See a sampling of Yams' tweets below.
