After announcing American Dream: The 21 Savage Story — a film about his life starring Donald Glover and Caleb McLaughlin — yesterday (January 8), Atlanta rapper 21 Savage has confirmed that his third studio album, likewise titled American Dream, is arriving this Friday (January 12).

This marks the UK-born artist's first solo album since 2018's I Am > I Was, released before his infamous 2019 arrest by US immigration. Since then, he's shared two collaborative albums: Savage Mode 2 with Metro Boomin and Her Loss with Drake.

Last October, 21 Savage finally became a legal resident after immigrating to the US as a child, enabling him to perform in Canada for the first time and develop a strong Toronto mans impression.
