Turn up your screen brightness because things are about to get Dark. Netflix's mind-bending, German supernatural time-travel drama, Dark, is returning June 27 — and the platform has just unveiled the Season 3 trailer.
The final chapter of the acclaimed series arrives next month, and earlier today, we got a sneak peek of what's to come. Netflix is remaining understandably mysterious about the end of the series, so don't expect to get too much information off the bat.
So far, the official synopsis for Season 3 simply reads: "The time-twisting madness reaches its conclusion in a strange new world, where some things are quite familiar — and others are disturbingly not."
The trailer is even less revealing, but shows the return of Louis Hoffman reprising his role as Jonas Kahnwald, Lisa Vicari as Martha Neilsen and Dietrich Hollinderbäumer as the foreboding, mononymous Adam, among others.
"The end is the beginning. And the beginning is the end," the trailer teases.
Season 3 will mark the apocalyptic finale of the series. Dark debuted on Netflix back in 2017.
