Sex Education returns to Netflix Canada later this month — and today the official trailer for the second season has arrived.
The trailer sets things up pretty quickly: Otis (Asa Butterfield) is no longer running the school's backdoor sex clinic, he appears to be dating Ola (Patricia Allison) — while staying far away from Maeve (Emma Mackey) — his mom (Gillian Anderson) is still excelling at being embarrassing, and everyone at school has chlamydia.
Season 2 will run eight episodes in length and continue to focus on Otis and his teen pals as they navigate sexual, familial and platonic relationships during high school.
The Laurie Nunn-helmed British series will see the return of Butterfield, Anderson, Mackey, Allison, Ncuti Gatwa, Connor Swindells, Aimee-Lou Wood, Kedar Williams-Stirling, Chaneil Kular, Simone Ashley, Mimi Keene, Tanya Reynolds, Jim Howick, Rakhee Thakrar, Samantha Spiro, James Purefoy and Alistair Petrie.
Sex Education Season 2 arrives January 17.
