The release date of the long-awaited new Star Wars film The Force Awakens is fast approaching, so we've seen plenty of magazine spreads both canon and off-brand. Continuing the Star Destroyer-sized promotional campaign, the film's now been treated to even more photos via a new Entertainment Weekly spread.
In addition to the many new photos, available above and below, the magazine also offers some plot details. The Empire has morphed into The First Order, while a Rebellion splinter group is now called the Resistance. Han Solo and Chewbacca are lead characters, and Princess Leia has recently come into possession of Luke Skywalker's lightsaber from his iconic Empire Strikes Back duel. Further, scavenger Rey and runaway stormtrooper John Boyega are running for their lives.
