Girls creator Lena Dunham has revealed an unlikely new project. Along with singer Ben Lee, she will host a "psychological exploration" into the minds of Noel and Liam Gallagher.
The idea began percolating after Dunham watched the Oasis documentary Supersonic last month (and then declared herself "a Noel").
Lee responded on Twitter, dubbing Noel's interviews "a sure fire antidepressant," and Dunham suggested doing a live reading.
Unfortunately, it seems like neither of them were joking. It's called "Champagne Superanalysis" and the event will take place on November 18 at Largo at the Coronet in Los Angeles.
Dunham and Lee will host what they've described as a "psychological exploration of the Gallagher Brothers through song and readings," and have promised an array of special guests.
Find full details and tickets here.
Perhaps this will inspire Noel and Liam to reunite for an analysis of Dunham's own complicated relationship with her sister.
