Like it or not, Jurassic Park isn't going extinct any time soon, and for proof of that, Netflix has just ordered up a full-on animated series.
Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is coming at the hands of DreamWorks Animation, and it's set to debut on Netflix in 2020. As you could likely guess from that title, the series will focus on the same timeline as recent Jurassic World reboots.
The animated series will centre on a group of six teenagers who set off to a new adventure camp — and obviously one inhabited by whole bunch of dinosaurs.
You can watch a teaser for Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous below.
Scott Kreamer (Pinky Malinky) and Lane Lueras (Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny) will serve as showrunners/executive producers. Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall and Colin Trevorrow will executive produce, while Zack Stentz will serve as consulting producer.
In other Jurassic news, rumours have popped up that we may or may not see the original Jurassic Park cast pop up in Jurassic World 3.
