Remember a quaint time when we all thought things would be "back to normal" by Halloween? Oh, how foolish we were! Unfortunately, no matter how great you think your Tiger King get-up is this year, you're probably going to be wearing it at home. That is, of course, if the laws of Los Angeles are any indication.
According to TMZ, tricking and treating has been officially been banned in L.A. County. They've also banned "trunk or treating," which is apparently something people do where they give out candy from the trunks of their cars. Sounds like that should always be banned, to be honest.
Of course, Halloween regulations will differ depending on the region. House parties are still banned in Los Angeles, for example, while the province of Quebec has allowed for gatherings of up to 250 people.
Either way, it looks like Halloween 2020 is shaping up to be scary for all of the wrong reasons.
