Like every month, the streamer is starting May off strong with a hefty content dump on the first of the month. That marks the arrival of The Butterfly Effect (say it with me now: "Well, fuck you, Evan!"), Fifty Shades of Grey (if you're into that sort of thing), American Gangster, all three instalments of the Meet the Parents movies, Stuart Little and a bunch of other oldies you might want to rewatch while you await warmer weather.
Elsewhere this month, we're getting a Bridgerton spinoff called Queen Charlotte, something masquerading as FUBAR (which is actually just an Arnold Schwarzenegger action flick), a new J.Lo movie, both Ted movies, You've Got Mail and Mamma Mia!
Comedy offerings this month include a Wanda Sykes special, Hannah Gadsby's Something Special, and the long-awaited third season of Tim Robinson's very special I Think You Should Leave.
The marquee reality trash-binge coming for you in May is the messy-looking, first-ever queer season of The Ultimatum (no longer hosted by the Lacheys), with the Michelle Buteau-hosted Barbecue Showdown, Season 7 of Queer Eye and a doc called MerPeople trailing closely behind.
With all that new viewing material on the way, we're saying goodbye to multiple seasons each of Star, Bordertown, The 100, Full House and Midnight Diner.
