Disney World's Star Wars-themed park Galaxy's Edge opens today, but fans are being warned that collectible-branded Coca-Cola bottles won't be allowed on their flights home.
Specialty Coke, Sprite and Dasani bottles in the shape of "thermal detonators" are being sold at the Florida theme park, and the fictional weapons vaguely resemble grenades.
As such, the Transportation Security Administration has taken notice and reminded travellers that "replica and inert explosives aren't allowed in either carry-on or checked bags."
The TSA directly replied to a Twitter user who shared a photo of the unique pop bottles and asked if they could be brought home in a suitcase.

The TSA's response was met with scrutiny by a number of Star Wars fans, who pointed out that the bottles may be replicas, but they are replicas of a fictional weapon.
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority has similar rules, specifically that "replica illegal weapons" and "replica firearms" are not allowed in luggage — so we wouldn't recommend trying to bring back the pop bottles to Canada either.
