Pop culture wise, we're undoubtedly living in the '90s all over again. Because of that, it only makes perfect sense that MTV would finally reboot their cult classic series Daria.
The show originally ran from 1997 to 2002, and it's finally set to return. The new iteration will be helmed by writer Grace Edwards (Broad City, Inside Amy Schumer, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt).
The new iteration of the show is tentatively titled Daria & Jodie. A premiere date is not set, nor is a network — it's part of a new production arm called MTV Studios that plans to reboot old properties for other networks.
