Neighbors 2

Release date: May 20 Few had high hopes for Neighbors when it snuck into theatres in 2014, but Nicholas Stoller worked wonders with the Seth Rogen versus Zac Efron frat comedy. A sequel with a near-identical, gender-flipped premise would be a write-off in other hands, but we have a feeling Stoller might pull this one off, too. (Universal)
