Young Chop Announces 'Precious'

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Aug 12, 2013

While Chicago's Young Chop made a name for himself last year with the tough-as-titanium beatwork on Chief Keef's "I Don't Like," the trap producer is now apparently set to offer up a new project called Precious.

Chop announced plans for Precious yesterday (August 11) over Twitter, though it's not fully understood at present if this will be a single, mixtape or LP when it's released on September 12. While tracklisting info has yet to be revealed, Chop did unveil the spacious, bare-branched artwork that will serve as its cover. You can see the pic up above, and check out a quick Vine video of Chop working on a self-referencing song in the studio down below.

While collaborators on the project have yet to be detailed, the last year has seen the rising producer work with the likes of Chief Keef, Lil Reese, Big Sean, Pusha T, Cassie, King Louie, French Montana, Travi$ Scott and more.

UPDATE: Young Chop has also now rolled out the new track "Ballin'" featuring Johnny May Cash, Y.B., King Rell and Lil Durk. You can check it out below.
