Arcade Fire multi-instrumentalist Will Butler recently unveiled plans for his debut solo LP Policy and now he's offered up a trailer for the forthcoming album.
The new material was recorded at Jimi Hendrix's Electric Lady Studios in New York over the span of two weeks. Fellow Arcade Fire member Jeremy Gara pitched in on drums, with a few other supporting musicians making appearances — though nearly everything was self-recorded by Butler.
The trailer features a new track called "Take My Side" and features a barrage of snippets that include Butler's weird dance moves and some polka dot leotards.
"Take My Side" is set to debut on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show later today (November 24), while Policy will arrive on March 10 via Merge. Watch the trailer below.
