The Vancouver Folk Festival has announced the line-up for this year's 32nd annual event, which will feature an array of beloved folk-leaning artists from both Canada and abroad.

On the homegrown front, the seaside music fest, which takes place from July 17 to 19 at the city's Jericho Beach Park, has roped in such artists as Canadian indie heroes the Weakerthans, Toronto's Great Lake Swimmers, alt-folk popsters Rock Plaza Central, singer-songwriter Basia Bulat, Veda Hille and former Barenaked Lady Steven Page, among others. As far as the international talent goes, Sub Pop beardo Iron and Wine will play the fest, as will soul legend Mavis Staples, Scottish duo the Proclaimers and hip-hoppers Arrested Development.

Early bird tickets for the event are on sale now until June 12, and you can get more information here.
