Trust Book North American Spring Tour, Share New Video

With the new LP Joyland on the horizon, Trust's tour schedule for 2014 had been looking a little sparse, but that has now changed, as Toronto-based songwriter Robert Alfons has booked a spring tour.

The outing mostly takes place in the U.S., but there are also a few Canuck gigs in the schedule. Trust will play in Montreal and Toronto in March before heading out in earnest for close to a month in April and May. This leg includes a show in Vancouver.

See the schedule below. Scroll past that to watch a video for the darkly thumping synth-pop cut "Rescue, Mister" from Joyland [via Noisey]. The clip consists of glitchy, abstract animations that resemble a VHS-era interpretation of visualization software.

Joyland is due out on March 4 through Arts & Crafts. Alfons recently spoke with Exclaim! about Joyland. Read the interview here.
