Trust

"Heaven" (video)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Dec 14, 2012

Toronto synth unit Trust wrap their tour dates with the Faint tonight (December 14), but will be back out on the road by February. To fill in the gaps in the meantime, the band have just dropped a new video for TRST track "Heaven."

The simple synth-sliding rhythms of the song score a pretty meek existence, apparently, with singer Robert Alfons seemingly just not willing to work in a kitchen with a few backwards baseball-cap-sporting beauties. After ruminating over his predicament, he ends up doing a cannonball off a nearby bridge. Despite the somewhat gruesome nature of the vid, the tune still comes across heavenly.

Trust have also added a few more Canadian concert appearances to their upcoming trip. You can see the tweaked schedule down below.
