In the time span of just over a year, Toronto musician Thomas D'Arcy has produced no fewer than four record releases. The latest of these releases, The Price You Pay EP, is set for a November release, and D'Arcy has now released a video for the slow-burning title track.
The video finds the former Carnations and Small Sins frontman sitting motionless in the middle of a vicious bar brawl. As the song dramatically builds to a climax, both parties involved in the fight eventually turn on the unmoving D'Arcy, take his glasses off and smash them on the floor. The bar fighters hesitate when D'Arcy reaches for something in his jacket, but what he removes might surprise you.
