Rob Garza of American electronic act Thievery Corporation is set to release the debut self-titled album by his solo project Dust Galaxy on November 6 through ESL Music. Inspired by his recent trip to Sudan, the record is a combination of punk, electronica and psychedelic rock, and includes guest appearances from the likes of Martin Duffy and Darrin Mooney of Primal Scream, and Didi Gutman of NYC electronica quartet Brazilian Girls. In support of the release, Garza will set off on an eight-show North American tour, which kicks off with two Canadian dates Torontos Circa on November 14 and Montreals Time Supper Club on November 15. Each tour date will include a set from Dust Galaxy as well as DJ sets by Garza and NYC lounge DJ Ursula 1000.
