The Hives have returned with their first new song in four years, so it's only fitting that the track assures fans, "I'm Alive."
The song marks the band's first since 2015's "Blood Red Moon," though they haven't released a full-length album since 2012's Lex Hives.
"'I'm Alive' is a song about crawling up from under a rock and obliterating all resistance that sounds like crawling up from under a rock and obliterating all resistance because it is a band crawling up from under a rock and obliterating all resistance," frontman Pelle Almquist said in a statement. "Use it in your own life to help you obliterate your own resistance!"

The Swedish band just kicked off a North American tour. See the full itinerary here.
