Television Rd served up a double helping of music videos last year with "Feeder Road" and "The Squares," and now the Peterborough indie rock unit is back with an entirely new EP.
 
TV RD pt. 1 features four new songs that deliver the band's politically charged message and desire to overcome darkness in the form of a free-wheeling, fun sound. The EP packs in feminist rally cries against misogyny ("Fuckface Marvin"), Middle Eastern-influenced psychedelia ("Frunk Nite"), playful optimism ("Hivemind") and soul-infused art-folk ("Victor").
 
It's an eclectic collection of indie rock from off the beaten path, and you can give it an early listen right now in the player below.
