Taken By Trees' Victoria Bergsman sure wasn't kidding about "the whole 'Hawaiian/tropical' album idea" of her upcoming third LP, Other Worlds. The new video for blissfully minimalist album track "Dreams" has her exploring the majestic beauty of North Shore, Hawaii.
As the soundtrack delivers a mix of conch-shell clap beats, tunefully shushed vocals and nimble guitar plucks, the musician makes her way around the island locale. She peeps the local florae, gets some shade near some palm trees, and contemplates a dip near the crashing ocean waves. While Bergsman plays it coy and masks her face for the bulk of the clip, it wraps with a series of shots of her timidly staring into the camera.
