Just, ahem, To Be Kind, Michael Gira and the rest of his aggressive and artsy Swans have added another batch of North American concert dates to help promote the album of the same name.
As previously reported, the band head out on the road just after the album hits stores on May 13 through Young God Records, with Canadian dates lined up in Quebec City, Montreal and Toronto in July. The extra stretch of shows comes a couple months later, with the band hitting up seven more cities, including an return appearance at Vancouver's Venue on September 5.
You'll find all of the tour info down below.
As previously reported, To Be Kind follows 2012's epic The Seer, and features guest appearances from the likes of St. Vincent, Cold Specks, Little Annie and Bill Rieflin.
To help promote the album and Swans' live show, the act have unveiled a live video of the set's destructive, distorted and dirge-like "Just a Little Boy (for Chester Burnett)" shot at last year's Hellfest in Clisson, France. You'll find the performance beneath the tour schedule.
