Steve Hauschildt may be known as a member of Cleveland electronic act Emeralds, but the kosmische explorer is once again branching out with some solo work. As previously reported, Tragedy and Geomtery will hit shelves next month, but right now you can listen to album cut "Batteries May Drain."
A press release recently assured fans that "the album has much of the same cosmic ambience that defines Emeralds' trademark sound," so fans of Hauschildt's other project should be more than a little pleased with the new solo material.
You can check out "Batteries May Drain" here via Altered Zones.
Tragedy and Geomtery is due out November 14 on Kranky Records.
