The Royal Conservatory of Music has announced that Stacey Kent and Alison Young will play a joint concert at Koerner Hall in Toronto on May 4.

Kent's set will revolve around her 2023 project Summer Me, Winter Me. The New Jersey-born jazz vocalist will be supported by Jim Tomlinson on the saxophone, flute and percussion, and Art Hirahara on the piano and keys.

Meanwhile, the Ottawa-born saxophonist Young will take the stage alongside Jeff McLeod (piano) and Chris Banks (bass). She can be expected to play tracks from her debut album So Here We Are, which was nominated for a JUNO in 2019.
