Not only are Jim Ward and Tony Hajjar back together with beloved reunited post-hardcore unit At the Drive-In, the guitarist and drummer have now announced that their rockier Sparta project has also been resuscitated. The group are apparently working on a new album, their first since 2006's Threes, and while a release date has yet been determined, they've offered up first single "Chemical Feel."
Despite the detuned and percussive, fretboard-scouring rawk riff that fuels the song, "Chemical Feel" is a surprisingly hypnotic and floaty listen. You can preview it in the player down below.
