Sigur Rós recently revealed some high-end branded blankets, but the Icelandic post-rock outfit have returned their focus to music with a new project called Liminal.
The latest offering is described by the band as an "eco-system" to harbour a new "endless" playlist — featuring work that spans the last 20 years, as well as the years to come.
In a statement, they say that "it will be built over linear time into a never-finished project of ceaseless invention," with albums released and volumes added throughout its run.
As it stands, there are currently 16 tracks compiled into a 59-minute collection, curated by Jónsi, Alex Somers and Paul Corley.
