Alt-country poster boy Ryan Adams and singer-songwriter Natalie Prass are currently touring Europe together, but after a cancelled flight to Copenhagen yesterday (March 9), Adams was forced to pull double duty on stage.
Prass missed her connection to Demark, leaving Adams to open his own set — as "Natalie Sass." He donned a dress and gave the crowd a string of songs from Prass' recent self-titled debut.
"I am usually much more gorgeous," he said to the audience. "The humidity fucks up my hair."
Although details about the airline drama are vague, Prass and Adams both tweeted their disapproval at the debacle.
Adams' opening set of songs seems to have lightened the mood, though, with Prass expressing her appreciation for the last minute solution.
