On July 31, politically-minded rap-rockers Rage Against the Machine took the stage at Los Angeles' L.A. Rising to perform what was rumoured to be their last show ever. In memory of the band's legacy, we've got video footage of their first-ever public performance taken on October 23, 1991.

Performing at the Quad at Cal State Northridge, Rage Against the Machine take on most of the material from their self-titled debut. The full tracklisting is available below along with the 53-minute performance.
