Quaker Parents Share "No Travel" Video Ahead of New Album

'Our Drawing Club' is out this week

Halifax-bred, Toronto-based art-pop project Quaker Parents are set to return with a new album called Our Drawing Club this week. Before the record arrives in full, the band have treated Exclaim! to a brand new music video.

Remember the few times in the '90s when you actually had the patience to complete a full game of Solitaire on the family computer, and you were rewarded with a mess of cards? This video for "No Travel" ramps that experience up to the nth degree.

Of the video, the band's Mark Grundy said, "The finale of Window's Solitaire was a majorly soothing symbol of my youth, and since the big theme of this track is self-salve (both in love of staying still with a moment and then in learning how to move on and out of it) a montage honouring it seemed like the natural choice."

Watch the video for "No Travel" below, where you'll also find the band's upcoming tour dates. Our Drawing Club is out tomorrow (May 10) through Vain Mina Records in North America and Moorworks in Japan. That's the cover art above.
