As summer rolls on, festival season continues, and this week is no exception. Below, we've assembled a list of some of the best fests and artists hitting the Great White North from June 11 to 17. From industrial metal to smooth jazz, hip-hop to electro-pop, check out the highlights below and then head over to our complete Concert Listings for even more.

Bestival

Bestival is not your typical festival; at Bestival's original, UK edition, attendees and performers are encouraged to attend the event in costume: Mumford and Sons once appeared as musketeers; Florence Welch graced the stage as a space age flapper in a previous year. She will be returning to headline the chaos, albeit in Toronto this year, with Florence and The Machine, alongside acts like Nas, Wavves, Jamie xx, SBTRKT, Owen Pallett, Flume and Caribou. Don't miss out on the madness this weekend.

06/12-13/2015 Toronto, ON – Toronto Island

Dipset

Cam'ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana and Freekey Zekey are reuniting once again as Dipset, aka the Diplomats. Following recent mixtape rumours, fans can anticipate new material to be revealed at the shows. However, we still expect to see the revival of classic Dipset traditions, including openly smoking up on stage and rolling out hits from their Diplomatic Immunity series. Come out and see what else the boys are bringing to Vancouver this week.

06/13/2015 Vancouver, BC – Harbourfront Centre

Farmageddon

Just east of Edmonton, Sniper's Paintball fields will be converted into the muddy stomping grounds of Canada's largest open-air metal festival: Farmageddon. The lineup features some of Canada's hardest locals, including the Difficult Brown, Sub-Atomic Chaos, Citizen Rage and Tyrant. This year, festivalgoers are given another outlet for their aggression: Farmageddon is hosting a massive N64 tournament. At the end of the day's battles — whether on the screen or in the pit — the festival offers free camping space to collapse on. Get out in the field for a filthy weekend at Farmageddon.

06/11-14/2015 Edmonton, AB – Sniper's Paintball Fields

Ministry

American industrial giants Ministry have resurrected themselves once again for a tour. Al Jourgensen is rising to the occasion with a new lineup that includes members of Prong and Static X's Tony Campos. The latest incarnation of the band performs offerings from 2013's From Beer to Eternity, as well as parts of Rio Grande Blood from their more distant past. After years of rest, Ministry have been reborn as loud and as dark as ever.

Purity Ring

Purity Ring weave their electronic synth-pop sets with a hand-crafted wand that conjures light and orchestrates noise. The striking sound and strobing flares lie beneath ghostly vocals that haunt the venue and possess the crowd. Their recent sets have included pieces from their newest album, Another Eternity, along with songs from their debut, Shrines. Experience Purity Ring's sweet synthetic nightmare when they reach your city.

Winnipeg Jazz Festival

The Winnipeg Jazz Festival is bringing names like Esperanza Spalding, A Superstar Quartet and Fresh Faces to various venues throughout the hosting city. The lineup includes over 90 jazz performers, which ensures a diverse selection of styles for enthusiasts to sample. This star power and variety has earned the festival consideration as one of Canada's most renowned events of its sort.
