Recent Exclaim! cover star and all-around songwriting genius PJ Harvey has been getting rave reviews for her latest LP, the historically minded Let England Shake. Last night (April 11), she stopped by Conan to play "The Last Living Rose" while wearing a floor-length white dress that looked a bit like it came from the Victorian era.
