Synth pop duo Pet Shop Boys have had a remarkable year, what with the release of their fantastic Yes album and a hefty North American tour. Rather than let things die down, the duo of Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe have decided to end 2009 on a high note by releasing a Christmas EP.
Simply called Christmas, the release will include a different version of Yes stand-out "All Over the World," as well as their 1997 Christmas song "It Doesn't Often Snow at Christmas." The EP will also include a cover of the Madness song "My Girl" and a medley that mashes Pet Shop Boys' classic "Domino Dancing" with Coldplay's "Viva La Vida."
Christmas is set for release on CD and digital download on December 14 in the UK via Parlophone.
