Mudhoney

"If I Think" (live video)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Nov 1, 2012

Mudhoney fans are being treated to not one but two separate DVD releases from the long-running Seattle grunge gods, with the first to arrive being the aptly titled concert set Live in Berlin, 1988. While the film hits retailers November 13 through K7!, you can check out the band's performance of Superfuzz Bigmuff classic "If I Think" now.

The clip finds the band in all their slacker glory, with leader Mark Arm sloppily drawling out opening lines, "I forgot how to breathe / I forgot just what I need" while sporting that infamously iconic "Loser" shirt. The loud-quiet-loud number has Arm spiralling around the stage in its crunchier sections, while drummer Dan Peters takes a break during Steve Turner's strummy verses to take a picture of the German crowd.

Check it out below.

Also, don't forget that the band's I'm Now: The Story of Mudhoney doc arrives on DVD December 11 via King of Hearts Productions.
