Manitoba music-making unit Mise en Scene are heading south to Austin for SXSW next week, but before they begin the trek, Exclaim! is giving you the exclusive first listen to the band's brand new single.
"Show Me You're Real" marks the first new song from the group in two years, and it reflects the full range of worldly experiences they've amassed after spending tons of time on the road. It also serves as the debut offering from a revamped lineup, which now includes new member Dave Gagnon on guitar.
He seems to fit right in, helping Stefanie Blondal Johnson, Corey Hykawy and Jodi Dunlop serve up some more of the self-assured, straightforward rock'n'roll swagger that they're known for.
