Mike Boyd's "I Get Around" is about the Canadians rapper's extensive travelling, so it makes sense that the accompanying video takes him around the world.
While Boyd raps about all the places he's been, the self-directed video shows him standing in front of a green screen while being transported to far-out locations like Stonehenge, a Japanese dojo, Australia and amidst a tribe in Africa. It was filmed in Canuck rap cohort Classified's garage, with the whole thing given a vintage-looking, sepia-toned post-production filter.
This comes from the album ...Note the Sarcasm, which is out through Half Life Records.
