Ontario dream-pop duo Memoryhouse treated listeners to the album version of "Sarah" before the arrival of Soft Hate earlier this year. Now, they have shared a "bedroom demo" version of the track ahead of a special live performance.
In comparison to the album recording, the demo version of "Sarah" floats gently on light electronic drums and breezy synthesizers, perhaps less powerful yet no less pleasant in its delivery.
The sound could be indicative of a stripped-down set that Memoryhouse are set to play at Toronto's Smiling Buddha on April 27, alongside San Diego outfit TV Girl. Ticket information can be found here.
