Following the release of last year's excellent Body Is Working, Leeds-based outfit Living Body are back with a special holiday treat.The group have lent their frenetic, rhythmic experimental pop style to an incredibly cover of Mariah Carey's ubiquitous "All I Want for Christmas Is You." By ramping up the instrumentation but keeping the vocals nice and clear, they've managed to improve on the original.
Listen to their cover of "All I Want for Christmas Is You" below. The song will appear on a benefit 7-inch that will be available online and at the Kingfisher Bluez Christmas party, with proceeds being donated to Crisis Centre BC. The record can be ordered here.
