After having served up a seasonal cover of "Sleigh Ride" earlier this week, UK singer Katy B is now back to promoting her forthcoming Little Red LP. The minimalist, stage-set video for "Crying for No Reason" is the next piece of the promotional puzzle.
The video's conceit has the all-red-adorned B waxing on her personal demons ("Why can't I be strong and confront all of my fears?). Following a low-key intro, a "La Isla Bonita"-styled beat and pulsing synths wrap themselves around more lines about pushing out all the pain in B's life, while a flurry of flashing lights criss-cross around the singer and her band.
Live shows in support of Little Red take place in the UK this March, and we're going to go ahead and suggest that this is a teaser of what the show may look like. You'll find the overseas concert info here.
Little Red arrives February 3 through Rinse/Columbia.
