Since news broke late last month that Jack White's wife, Karen Elson, would be releasing a solo album, we've been eagerly searching for the release details of said album. Well, now we have them.

According to a press release, Elson's solo debut, dubbed The Ghost Who Walks, has the release date of May 25 in North America via Third Man Records/XL, with the album coming out a day earlier in the UK. There's no sign of the cover art just yet, but the tracklist is below.

As previously reported, White will lend Elson a hand on the album, with the White Stripe both producing and playing drums on the record. Also making up her studio band is the Dead Weather's Jack Lawrence, My Morning Jacket's Carl Broemel, Rachelle Garniez and Jackson Smith.

As for the songwriting, Elson handled all that herself. According to the PR, "A fledgling songwriter might naturally be nervous to play their work for a spouse but for Karen the trepidation was exacerbated by her husband's own talent."

So far there is no word of any sort of touring activities in support of the full-length, but here's that tracklisting.

The Ghost Who Walks:

1. "The Ghost Who Walks"
2. "The Truth Is The Dirt"
3. "Pretty Babies"
4. "Lunasa"
5. "100 Years From Now"
6. "Stolen Roses"
7. "Garden"
8. "Cruel Summer"
