We've been hearing updates about the upcoming Mick Jagger-produced biopic about James Brown for some time, and now Get On Up has a trailer.
Directed by Tate Taylor (The Help), the flick stars Chadwick Boseman (42). From the looks of things, the film covers a large span in Brown's life, from childhood to his early days in music to his rise to fame.
Get On Up is slated to arrive in theatres on August 1.
