Toronto-based indie label Idée Fixe has been releasing records for five years now, and it will be marking the milestone with a set of celebratory anniversary shows next month.
The first of the two Toronto shows is scheduled for February 25 at the Horseshoe Tavern. Roster artists Jennifer Castle, Bry Webb, Fiver and Alex Lukashevsky will take turns in the spotlight for a "round-robin" style performance with the Idée Fixe house band.
The next evening (February 26), the celebrations will move to the Garrison, where the Highest Order, Bart, Doc Dunn & Co. and Mauno will each take the stage.
