The Canadian super-duo of Steve Bays (Hot Hot Heat, Mounties) and Cary Pratt (Prairie Cat) are back with another spooky holiday-themed song under the name Mariah Scary & the Ghoulish Cauldrons. Following "Spooky Christmas," the pair have now shared a video for "Werewolf Valentine."

As you might guess from the title, "Werewolf Valentine" is a monstrous take on Valentine's Day. But beyond the ghoulish lyrics, it's a lushly soaring pop-rock tune that plays to Bays and Pratt's strengths.

As for the video, it was directed by Sarah Lemmon and takes viewers on a wolfy hunt through a dark, spooky forest. Ultimately, it's a very literal and gory depiction of giving someone your heart for Valentine's Day.

Check it out below. It's out through Light Organ Records.
