Horseshoe Tavern Adds Shaun Majumder, METZ, Danny Michel to "Hootenanny" Livestream Series

The legendary Toronto venue readies three new livestream events

Toronto's Legendary Horseshoe Tavern has announced the latest edition to its ongoing Horseshoe "Hootenanny" livestream series, welcoming Shaun MajumderMETZ and Danny Michel and his band to the stage next month. 
 
Kicking off the latest edition of livestreams is Gemini Award-winning actor/comedian Shaun Majumder, who will be accompanied by special guest Steve Poltz on April 23. Tickets to their livestream are available here.

UPDATE (6/14, 2:50 p.m. ET): The Horseshoe "Hootenanny" livestream series has been updated in accordance with Ontario's COVID-19 gathering restrictions. The new schedule is below.

Birds of Bellwoods - July 23
Julian Taylor - July 24
Shaun Majumder - August 6
Zeus & Possum - August 6 (Possum has replaced Fast Romantics)
Serlin Greaves - August 12
Hawksley Workman - August 12
Terra Lightfoot - August 13


The following day, on April 24, both Danny Michel and METZ will be taking the stage — different stages, that is. 
 
Juno Award, Polaris Music Prize and CBC's "Heart of Gold Award" nominee Danny Michel will be performing an array of hits and singles with his band live at the Horseshoe Tavern on April 24. Tickets to stream Danny Michel's performance are available here.

That same evening, METZ will be taking the stage at Toronto's Lee's Palace, performing their fourth studio album Atlas Vending. Delivering their most dynamic, dimensional and compelling work to date on this record, this is a livestream concert you don't want to miss.
