Tropically tinged Toronto indie rockers HIGHS have unveiled a brand new track called "Mango," and you can hear it first right here on Exclaim.ca.
HIGHS evolved out of bedroom demos from guitarist Doug Haynes and have grown into a cohesive unit, blending Afrobeat influence with catchy hooks and harmonies. They'll be re-releasing their debut self-titled EP on October 21, with the added bonus of new track "Mango" — the perfect antidote to the onslaught of fall weather.
It's a bright, jangly ode to the tasty fruit that'll have you looking back and longing for a little bit more of summer.
