Following a stand-up 2013 edition, Hamilton, ON's annual Supercrawl is headed back our way this summer, and it's looking bigger and better than ever. The sixth annual instalment of the event will take place on September 12 to 14 this year, expanding to three nights on Hamilton's James Street North. And as always, Supercrawl is entirely free.
Leading the way as headliners are none other than Austin indie rock faves Spoon, who are set to release their They Want My Soul on August 5 via Loma Vista. Sweetening the deal all that much more are electronic hero Four Tet, R&B experimenter How to Dress Well, Walkmen frontman Hamilton Leithauser and Broken Social Scene offshoot Eight and a Half.
Further bolstering 2014's lineup is a series of Hyperdub artists, including Jessy Lanza, Kode9, Ikonika, DJ Spinn and Scratcha DVA.
For now, that's all the artists that have been revealed but expect further lineup announcements in the coming weeks. And get more information about the festival here.
